We are a small boutique business. We only place a limited number of clients each month because we are invested in the success of your business. Prosper hires 30 new staff each month. Your assistant learns and trains with us and we have several thousand dollars invested into each of our assistants before they ever start to work for you.

No, We only provide the full time service. $8.95 per hour for back end support or $9.95 for front end communication support. We keep our service options as basic as possible so we can focus on providing the best training and service to our clients

All of our assistants either have 1 year of experience in the Human Resource Industry or a secondary education in HR. When they work with Prosper, they receive at least 1 month of on the job training to vet them for reliability and knowledge before placing with client and an additional week of intensive training when placed with client to strengthen their abilities on the specific tasks the client will be having them do.

On Average, after you commit to using our virtual assistant service the VA will be able to start working for your company within 4 weeks. We are meticulous about finding the perfect teammate for you and making sure they are fully trained before they ever start working for you.

Yes! All of our assistants have past experience working in a Human Resource department or have a degree in Human Resources. All of our assistants also work in our HR department helping us hire, train and retain USA employees.

No, your assistant is fully dedicated to you and your company. They report to you to clock in and clock out each day and they will become a member of your team for a full 40 hours per week.

We highly recommend that you use your assistant to add the website chat capability to your company. If you would like our help to install this service it will be an additional $15 per month.

Payment is due for your first month of service before your assistant starts working for you and will be prorated based on the date they start. After that, your payment is always due on the first of each month thereafter.

Although this rarely ever happens, if your assistant leaves our company you can be assured that we will be able to recruit and find you a new assistant fully capable of the same tasks. We have a performance guarantee. If we have to replace your assistant for performance or attendance issues we will give you 1 free month of service to make up for training the new person. When you work with us, we become your staffing solution for life.

Prosper pays virtual assistants more than 3 times the minimum wage in the Philippines and our starting salary is nearly double the industry standard for southeast Asia Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. We also pay for their sick and vacation days and they have many ways to receive bonuses for doing a great job working for you.

Unfortunately sometimes staff members can’t make it to work. It is important to note that with your payment plan you are not paying for 14 days of their work schedule each year. So if they call in sick and it is not a habitual issue, then you are not paying for their sick or vacation day.

There is no long term contract. You can cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice before your next service is scheduled to repeat. The agreement you sign at the start of your service is a non disclosure and non solicitation agreement. We can send you a basic agreement to review at any time.
