HumanResourceAssistant.com started as Prosper Real Estate, a property management company based in Wisconsin. In 2015, the company experienced extraordinary development as a property management company, increasing from a little under 400 to 1,800 rental units in just eight months. Prosper now handles properties across the Midwest. The marketing website for Prosper is www.ProsperPads.com, and the corporate website is www.ProsperMultifamily.com.

With this expansion came immense growing pains, and even though management fee collections had increased exponentially, the overall profit margin did not.

In short, Prosper was doing a lot more work and not making any more money to show for it.

Examining the data, Prosper realized that labor had skyrocketed with the expansion, and all of the increased revenue was being burned up by paying a larger staff.

Prosper management then looked for ways to decrease labor costs and increase profit margins, which led to many trips to the Philippines to train employees to take over jobs that were previously currently being performed at the corporate headquarters.

During this time, Prosper realized that the virtual assistants were clearly capable of performing any task that was being performed in the United States. Not only could the task be done overseas, but the team that Prosper recruited and trained were incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated workers that could, in most cases, accomplish tasks quicker than the staff members working in the United States, at a fraction of the cost.

This led to Prosper consulting with other real estate companies to help them to solve the issues that Prosper had solved through the use of Virtual Assistants, and HumanResourceAssistant.com was born.

Today, HumanResourceAssistant.com has a training facility in Cebu City, Philippines, and is the world’s only Business Process Outsourcing company that solely focuses and trains its assistants in the Human Resources Industry while providing them with real-world training while working for an actual Human Resource Department.

We believe that Virtual Assistants are an absolute necessity for every Human Resource Department to create the best service for their owner clients and tenants while achieving maximum profit for their real estate company business.
